General Notary Work: These services are charged at the Montana state-mandated rate per notarial act. Travel fees depend upon the location of the appointment and are disclosed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Specialized Bundled Service Packages: We offer flat-rate bundled fees for specialized and complex assignments, including:
Mortgage Loan Signings: Refinances, buyer/seller packages, and reverse mortgages.
Estate Plans: Comprehensive notarization of Trusts, Wills, and Power of Attorney documents.
